Jake Paul is preparing for the biggest fight of his life as he's set to take on Anthony Joshua in a heavyweight bout next month, but the crossover star believes his next opponent is among the most "overrated" athletes in the sporting world.
Joshua is, of course, a two-time unified world heavyweight champion with famous victories against the likes of Wladimir Klitschko, Dillian Whyte, and Joseph Parker, but that doesn't seem to be enough to impress Paul.
Speaking in a video recently posted to social media, Paul listed the 10 athletes he considers overrated, and Joshua was included in that selection.
"AJ" is one of three boxers on Paul's list, alongside Ryan Garcia and Canelo Alvarez. "The Problem Child" has a long-running feud with Garcia, who recently claimed that he turned down $20 million to face Paul. Canelo has also engaged in an on-again, off-again war of words with Paul amid rumours of a potential fight between the two stars.
However, both Garcia (4th) and Canelo (8th) ranked higher than Joshua in Paul's overrated list, with the Briton coming in 10th.
Also included in the list are Babe Ruth (1st), Trevor Lawrence (2nd), Cristiano Ronaldo (3rd), Conor McGregor (5th), Dak Prescott (6th), Anthony Edwards (7th), and Tua Tagovailoa (9th).
