Jake Paul is back tonight - Saturday, June 28, when he battles Julio Cesar Chavez Jr in a huge grudge match.

As well as a fascinating main event, the undercard in California is also stacked with some major names looking to make a big impact in what promises to be a huge show.

Zurdo Ramirez, one of the world's best cruiserweights, will defend his world titles against former champion Yuniel Dorticos, and victory could open the doors for a possible showdown with Jai Opetaia later this year.

Raul Curiel is seen as one of the brightest prospects in boxing, and the Mexican welterweight is in action against Victor Rodriguez, an unbeaten star from Uruguay.

Elsewhere, Floyd Schofield, a fighter who was set to challenge Shakur Stevenson before pulling out with illness, can make a statement when he faces former world champion Tevin Farmer.

Holly Holm, the fighter who defeated Ronda Rousey in the cage, is also in action, and she will also be joined by Joshua Edwards, who many believe is the next Deontay Wilder.

What has been said between Jake Paul and Julio César Chávez Jr?

Paul's rise through boxing's landscape from showman novelty to potential contender speaks arguably more to his broad appeal beyond the sport's usual fan base.

But he has frequently proven he can walk the walk, even if his choice of opponents are yet to represent higher-tier tests in terms of modern-day currency.

His win over Tyson, regardless of format, is something he will be able to carry with him across the rest of his career, no matter how long it lives on beyond this.

Certainly on DAZN Face-Off, the star appeared comfortable with irking his decorated opponent, referring to him as an "angry little elf".

Chavez Jr., for his part, has vowed to put Paul in his place and stop him in his tracks as he chases a strap and a legacy of his own.
