Oleksandr Usyk secured two-time undisputed status with victory over Daniel Dubois on Saturday night, prompting a former rival to joke about his record against British fighters.

The Ukrainian needed only five rounds to defeat his rival for a second time at Wembley Stadium, regaining the IBF crown to add to his WBA, WBC and WBO championship belts.

It marked the latest victory for the undefeated Usyk against opponents from the United Kingdom, having secured all but one of his heavyweight wins against such opponents.

But at least one old foe saw the funny side of it as he celebrated with the 38-year-old in the aftermath of his triumph, asking him to quit trashing them in the ring on fight night.

Derek Chisora took to social media after the fight with Usyk, where he quipped that he had asked his former enemy to stop putting British opponents onto the canvas.

"Mate, can you do us a favour?" he asks. "Can you stop beating us up?"

"No," replies Usyk with a grin, before both men fall about laughing in the short video.

Chisora marked the star's second fight at heavyweight when the pair met in 2020, with the Ukrainian securing a points victory by unanimous decision at Wembley Arena.

In the aftermath of his latest win over Dubois, Usyk namechecked 'Del Boy' as a potential opponent for what he has tipped to be his final bout before he retires from the sport.

Chisora himself defeated Otto Wallin in February, and is expected to also quit once he completes his 50th professional bout, with the prospect of a world title bout hard to ignore.
