Tony Bellew has labelled Daniel Dubois’ right hand as the most "deadly" in boxing following the London heavyweight’s recent run of form.

Last September, Dubois produced a brutal display as he stopped Anthony Joshua in five rounds after dropping the former world champion on four occasions with the four and final knockdown being enough to finish the job

This summer, Dubois goes into another huge showdown as he welcomes Oleksandr Usyk to Wembley Stadium, the scene of his massacre against Joshua, as he looks to become the undisputed heavyweight champion .

Two years ago, Dubois travelled to Poland hoping to upset Usyk, but he was unable to get the job done as he was dropped twice by the brilliant Ukrainian

Since that fight, Dubois has rebounded brilliantly, and he has scored impressive stoppage wins over Jarrell Miller, Filip Hrgovic, and Joshua.

Dubois’ reward for that run of victories is a rematch with Usyk, and although Bellew has been critical of Dubois in the past, he has now heaped praise on the punching power of the current IBF heavyweight champion.

“Daniel Dubois’ is up there. His right hand is an extremely dangerous shot. He's very powerful. Naoya Inoue is another one. But for the one shot, Daniel Dubois’ right hand is probably the most deadly right hand in boxing,” said Bellew when assessing Dubois’ biggest weapon with Cardplayer.com .

“It is devastating. But he's got to believe in himself more, in my opinion. I do think he's massively improved. I think he came of age against AJ.”
