Troy Jones stresses that a change of opponent does not faze him as he prepares to face Liam Cameron instead of Daniel Lapin.
The Briton was due to challenge for the latter's varied continental titles before his foe was replaced before this weekend's fight.
Instead, Jones meets Cameron beneath Joshua Buatsi and Zach Parker's bout at Co-op Live this Saturday, live on DAZN.
Before their encounter in Manchester, Jones admits the change has not fazed him, while paying tribute to his fanbase on the road.
"It wasn't too late, to be fair," he exclusively told DAZN News. "If it was a week before, then it would be a bit different.
"But you've got to be prepared for anything in boxing. Worse things can happen. You've got to be ready for anyone.
"I'm sure I've sparred enough people over the years to be ready for him. It didn't bother me too much in the slightest.
"For the British boxing fans, it's probably better. There's no titles on the line now, which I was looking forward to taking away from Lapin,
"But hopefully when I put in a good performance here, that fight will be back on the table. I'll be bringing close to about four hundred people
"I'm sure they'll make some noise, and they're great fans. I've blessed to have so many good people around me. I'm blessed to have that."
Joshua Buatsi vs Zach Parker is live on DAZN this Saturday night, November 1. Watch the fight and whole card with a DAZN subscription.
