Who won the boxing last night? Josh Taylor vs. Jack Catterall 2 fight night results

Another chapter was written in a heated British boxing rivalry when Josh Taylor and Jack Catterall met in a rematch on Saturday night in Leeds. 

Taylor was victorious when the pair first met in 2022, albeit in controversial circumstances, but this time around it was Catterall who was awarded the win. 

The man from Chorley landed the cleaner shots throughout the 12-round contest, but Taylor showed no signs of giving up with the Scotsman producing a spirited comeback in an attempt to snatch the win on the judges' scorecards. 

However, following the final bell with scores of 117-111, 117-111 and 116-113, it was Catterall who was declared the winner.
