LIV Golf is looking to make its tournaments stand out from the DP World Tour and PGA Tour with a number of changes to the traditional rules.
One of these being the use of a 'shotgun start' at the start of each of the three rounds which make up a LIV Golf event.
But what does that mean, DAZN explains below.
A 'shotgun start' sees all the golfers participating in the tournament all on the course before starting their round.
Besides being something to intrigue golf fans, a 'shotgun start' allows a large field of golfers to get through a round without clogging up the course.
It also condenses the time a round takes to be completed and means there is always drama at every one of the 18 holes in play.
Before starting the round, all the participating golfers will be on the course at the same time with each group positioned on a different hole.
Once the round is underway, the groups will then play a full 18-hole round and finish at the hole which they started.
The event will stream live on DAZN in over 200 countries across the globe. You can sign up for a subscription here. However, if you are in Argentina, Chile, and Colombia, you must download the DAZN app from the Apple App Store or Android Google Play store and then sign up from there, rather than via web browser.
