Tonight, Dricus du Plessis defends the UFC middleweight title for the third time since claiming the strap from Sean Strickland in early 2024.
Du Plessis faces undefeated Khamzat Chimaev in the headline bout at UFC 319, which takes place in Chicago.
The South African champion was last in action earlier this year, when he defeated Strickland in a rematch of their 2024 bout at UFC 312. Meanwhile, this will be the first fight of the year for Chimaev, who was last seen submitting Robert Whittaker at UFC 308.
