The last four remaining teams of the DFB-Pokal take to the field this week to determine who will play in next month's final.
The fourth, fifth, ninth and 15th place teams in the Bundesliga standings are the ones still standing in the cup competition, with traditional giants Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund no longer in the running. That makes SC Freiburg, the team that eliminated Bayern in the quarterfinals, as the top-ranked team in the semifinals — if the league table is to be believed.
Freiburg are joined by RB Leipzig, Eintracht Frankfurt and VfB Stuttgart in the final four.
