The FIFA Club World Cup kicks off this weekend, with all thirty-two of the teams headed to the States looking to take home the trophy.
In a summer without a major international tournament, the 32-club competition is set to take centre stage among football fans, with teams from all across the globe clashing in never-before-seen matchups.
"As its name suggests, the best teams in the world are competing. I think it's really exciting for both the club and me personally and I think it's great.
"I imagine that it will be similar to the FIFA World Cup with the national teams because the whole country will experience the tournament with great intensity.
"I think that mixing different styles of play, leagues and continents is what makes this so special.
"I think it's going to a real hit."

Madrid will kick off their tournament against Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal before games against Pachuca and Red Bull Salzburg, and Carvajal is keen to add to his already impressive haul of trophies with the famous club.
Adding, "With this tournament approaching, training every day is more and more exciting because I know that I'll be able to contribute to the team.
"Real Madrid's objective is always to win - that's very clear.
"We're going to give it our all in this tournament and also make history by becoming the first club to win this FIFA Club World Cup."
