Chelsea and PSG will compete in this weekend's FIFA Club World Cup final, with each side focused on becoming the first winners of the newly revamped competition.
The victors will have the prestige of being world champions by lifting the glamorous new trophy and will benefit from the massive financial windfall the victors of the Club World Cup receive.
However, that's not the only perk of triumph in New York on Sunday; the tournament winners will also be allowed to wear a new champions badge on their shirts for the next four years.
Clubs were previously given permission to wear the addition to the front of their shirts for 12 months, given the annual nature of the competition.

But now that the format has switched to a four-year cycle, the victors will wear the badge of being world champions until the next event in 2029.
Fabrizio Romano revealed the new design for the patch across his social media last month, replacing the current gold badge last worn by Manchester City after they won the previous version of the tournament in 2023.
City of course crashed out of the tournament in the States, but with Chelsea in the final, there's a possibility an English team could add the new badge to their shirts for the next four seasons.
