Inter vs. Genoa preview: Team news, prediction, date, and how to watch Serie A on DAZN

With the year about to head into March, it feels like the 'business end' of the season is drawing closer, and the race for European places and the battle at the bottom is heating up in  Serie A.   

DAZN is showing 380 live games across the 2025-26 campaign, and matchday twenty-seven features the league leaders Inter playing host to Genoa. 

Inter will be grateful to get back to Serie A action after a nightmare week that saw them suffer another Champions League embarrassment. Not content with the humiliation they received in last year's final, Crisitian Chivu's side suffered an even bigger shock as they were dumped out of the competition by Norwegian minnows Bodo/Glimt - and convincingly so, too. 

Now they need to move on and not let the upset derail their domestic campaign, where they currently lead the way at the top of the table, 10 points clear of Milan. 

A win to brush off the European woe will be heavily advised, but Genoa will be aware of the wounded Nerazzurri and would love to inflict further misery on what's been a dismal week for the club.

Inter vs. Genoa will take place at 7.45pm GMT on Saturday, 28 February,  in Serie A. 

Fans watching in the US and Canada can catch the game at 2.45pm EST and 11.45am PT.

Inter will once again be without Serie A's top scorer and skipper Lautaro Martinez, whose calf injury may not see him return until mid-March. Denzel Dumfries is in line for a first start since his return from the sidelines.
