Manchester City have the chance to secure their place in Round of 16 if they defeat Al Ain FC, and Wydad do not beat Juventus in Group G's other fixture. Head coach Pep Guardiola may have one eye on the Juve still to come and could ring the changes, having already confirmed that Rodri and John Stones won't be ready to start.
Al Ain suffered a heavy 5-0 defeat at the hands of Juventus last time out and will be looking for redemption against the English Premier League giants if they are to keep their tournament hopes alive. Only a full-strength line-up will give them a chance of pulling off a shock.
"It's an important one. The mood is good. We wanted to start the tournament well and we did, with a win. We know it’s going to be a tough one again, like every game in this tournament. We have to go again." Nathan Ake, Manchester City defender
"It will be an incredible game. They are one of the best teams in the world. Any player should be happy to play to this game. In these games, 100 per cent is not enough. We want to enjoy it and give the maximum we can." Yahia Nader, Al Ain midfielder
