Manchester United and Wolverhamptoin Wanderers meet for the second time this month, with their latest encounter set for Tuesday at Old Trafford.
The teams squared off three weeks ago at the Molineux and Man United came away with a three-goal victory in a match that could have been even more lopsided. The Red Devils then went on to draw, lose and win their next three league matches, in that order, as they continue to seek consistency amid a chase for a European berth.
Meanwhile, Wolves would gladly take Man United's record over the past three games as they have yet to win a single match all season and are well on the way towards setting the season record for futility by a Premier League team.
However, as dire as it has been for the last-place side, they've shown glimmers of life since that hammering by the Red Devils at the beginning of the month, albeit still losing every match.

"Of course. We need to [play our best against Wolves] and they showed that against Arsenal, they could almost [get] at least one point. So in the Premier League, you never know. They have their problems, we have our problems, but in this game, there is no excuses. We need to win. We will try to win the game."

“We can compete, but there's been moments in games where we've shot ourselves in the foot and we've not been able to recover from that. We gave ourselves a mountain to climb at Liverpool. The players have shown they're capable in moments in games, but we haven't seen it for a complete game, probably other than maybe Villa, that was almost a complete one.
“On Saturday we probably created more than at Villa and looked a little bit more threatening, but we need a complete, consistent performance right throughout the 90 minutes. You get punished at this level, as we know, and we're getting punished for mistakes.”
The Red Devils are publicly putting pressure on themselves to win this match, which is likely the correct strategy as no team wants to be the one who succumbs to overconfidence and hands Wolves their first win of the campaign.
At Old Trafford and focused on the result, Man United should expect the victory, but their visitors have not allowed themselves to be blown out of games in recent weeks.
Prediction: Manchester United 2-1 Wolves
