Watch Manchester City full-back Rico Lewis's controversial challenge on Samuel Obeng, which lead to a red card for the youngster during City's 2-0 victory over Wydad AC at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

Both men slid in for a loose ball and Obeng took the brunt of Lewis' right boot, which struck the Wydad striker in the face.

Many have called the 88th-minute tackle a 'horror' and 'shocking'. Others have said it was only a yellow card offense.
