We are almost a week into the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, and we've now seen each one of the thirty-two teams involved in this year's enanced tournament.

Round one from each group has seen some big results, incredible atmospheres and some special goals from the sixteen games played so far in the USA.

Here, then, are the top five goals from Matchday One at the FIFA Club World Cup.

Jake Paul vs Julio Cesar Chavez PPV

Bryan Gonzalez
Pachuca vs Red Bull Salzburg

The first and only direct free-kick we've seen so far at the FIFA Club World Cup has come from the feet of this Mexican midfielder. From the corner of the box, Gonzalez produced a perfect pinpoint curler, from a difficult angle that flew under Christian Zawieschitzky in the Salzburg goal to equalise for his side just minutes after the delayed restart.

Fabian Ruiz
PSG vs Atletico Madrid

Ruiz got PSG's statement victory over Atletico Madrid off to the ideal start with this smartly taken effort in the French side's 4-0 win. It was a perfect example of Luis Enrique's side at their attacking best, as Desire Doue and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia played a one-two on the edge of the box before delivering the ball into the path of Ruiz, who smashed the ball into the bottom corner.

Luiz Araujo
Flamengo vs ES Tunis

The South American sides have lived up to their pre-tournament hype by impressing in the States, and none more so than Flamengo as they dispatched of Esperance De Tunis thanks in part to this sweet strike. Araujo picked up the ball just inside the edge of the box and unleashed a gorgeous striker across goal and into the bottom corner.

Pedro Neto
Chelsea vs LAFC

Chelsea continued where they left off at the end of the regular season by beating LAFC and it began with this piece of fancy footwork from their Portuguese forward. If the sliding through ball from Nicolas Jackson wasn't delicious enough, Neto's turn, where he sent the defender off for dinner - and then a smart finish into the net was the highlight of the Blues' 2-0 victory over the MLS side.

Micheal Olise
Bayern Munich vs Auckland City

Bayern set the tone for the tournament with a record-breaking win over Auckland City, but of the ten goals they put past the New Zealanders, Olise's striker wasn't only the best of the game but the best of the round, too. Using his quick feet, the Frenchman glided across the edge of the box and then clipped a shot into the corner with perfect accuracy.
