Kylian Mbappé is out of contract at the end of the season and has announced his intention to leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

It is widely expected that Mbappé will be headed to Real Madrid, with the Spanish giants not exactly hiding their desire to bring the French superstar to the Santiago Bernabeu.

However, Mbappé will technically become a free agent if he does not agree to a deal before July 1, and there are many clubs that would love the opportunity to woo the World Cup winner, even if his destination is already set.

William Gallas believes Arsenal should not even entertain the thought of Mbappé at the Emirates Stadium, as he thinks the 25-year-old would be a poor fit in North London.

Speaking to Genting Casino, Gallas explained why a shock move for Mbappé would not be in the Gunners' best interest.

"The football Arsenal play and their system would not suit Kylian Mbappé," Gallas said.

"He's a very intelligent player, and probably the best attacker in the world, with Vinicus Jr., but he needs to receive the ball all the time and Mbappe wants to make the difference in the game all by himself.

"Like how Vinicius Jr. did against Bayern [in the Champions League semi-finals], where he controlled the game himself. Arsenal don't play like that, they play as a team, and Mbappé would not fit in their system."
