If you had your Game Pass subscription set to auto-renew each year, then you don't need to do anything to make sure you will still have access - the auto-renew will carry on within your DAZN account. Sign into DAZN using your existing NFL email, create a new password and then continue to enjoy your NFL Game Pass.
