The countdown is underway for one of the biggest fights of the year between Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois.
Two years after they met in Poland for the IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight titles, Usyk and Dubois will clash once again, this time for the undisputed heavyweight title at Wembley Stadium on July 19 .
Dubois will be out for revenge in the English capital and he will be full of confidence as he returns to the site where he took out Anthony Joshua in devastating fashion last September .
However, Usyk already knows what it takes to beat Dubois after stopping him in the ninth round of their first encounter in Wroclaw, Poland.
One man who has experience in facing both men is Congolese heavyweight Martin Bakole. The 31-year-old has sparred Usyk and Dubois, and even claimed that he knocked out the two heavyweight champions.
Speaking to iFL TV , Bakole gave his thoughts on the upcoming rematch between Usyk and Dubois, and believes the Ukrainian will triumph at England's national stadium.
“Usyk, except me, beats everyone. Deontay Wilder I think is done. Usyk is a boxing man, boxing brain, boxing movement, I don’t think no one will stop him right now except Martin Bakole," Bakole said.
“I know why I am saying that because I learn boxing from my brother, a southpaw, I know how to stop and cut off the ring. But Daniel Dubois doesn’t.
“I was expecting Usyk to get beat by ‘The Gypsy King’ but I was shocked he beat ‘The Gypsy King’ twice. Joshua is good, tough guy, but he doesn’t know how to cut the ring. Daniel Dubois will never change, he will just keep his style, but Usyk is [better] than him.”
