Jalen Hurts leads Philadelphia Eagles to a soaring victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX

There was no three-peat for the Kansas City Chiefs. Not even close.

Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles crushed the defending back-to-back champion Kansas City Chiefs, 40-22, in Super Bowl LIX at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana on Sunday night.

Hurts threw for 221 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing for 72 yards and another TD to lead the Eagles to the resounding victory. Meanwhile, the Eagles' defense rattled Patrick Mahomes for six sacks, including a strip-sack for a fumble, and two interceptions — one for a pick-six.
