If the Arizona Cardinals are going to knock off the Indianapolis Colts on the road, which you can watch right now with NFL Game Pass on DAZN (excl. the US and China), they are going to have to do it without their top wide receiver.

Marvin Harrison Jr. has been ruled out for the remainder of the game by the Cardinals due to suffering a concussion in the second quarter.

Harrison suffered the concussion in the second quarter when he caught a pass from backup quarterback Jacoby Brissett. He was running, and when he got tackled, Harrison's head bounced hard off the grass.
