The busiest month of the Premier League season kicked off with a full weekend of matches.

As is usual, there were some surprises and some expected results among the 10 games played from Saturday to Monday.

So, which stars made the biggest impact and were selected for the DAZN News' team of the week? Rudi Schuller picks out the best XI from Matchweek 15.

Fans in Canada can watch every single match from the Premier League season live on DAZN.

Premier League Team of the Week for Matchweek 15

Goalkeeper: Robert Sanchez (Chelsea)

Chelsea's attack has been uninspired of the past couple of weeks, but that has allowed Sanchez to shine. The goalkeeper earned his seventh clean sheet of the season, making four saves along the way.

Right back: Matty Cash (Aston Villa)

Cash will be in Eberechi Eze's nightmares after Villa's 2-1 win over Arsenal. The right back scored the game's opening goal by taking advantage of a ball-watching Eze, and also kept the Arsenal attacker under wraps defensively.

Centre back: Ruben Dias (Manchester City)

Another defender who got the scoring under way, Dias netted the first of Man City's three goals against Sunderland. He also had seven clearances and four aerial duels won.

Centre back: Marco Senesi (Bournemouth)

The other side of the Chelsea clean sheet was Bournemouth, who also kept their opponents off the scoreboard in a 0-0 draw. Senesi was integral, with three interceptions, six clearances and seven duels won.

Left back: Diogo Dalot (Manchester United)

Credited with the assist on Bryan Mbeumo's 51st-minute strike, Dalot looked very comfortable playing out of position.

Midfielder: Bruno Guimaraes (Newcastle)

Scoring an Olimpico will almost certainly get you on our team of the week, but Guiamaraes did much more than just that during Newcastle's 2-1 win against Burnley. The Brazilian was tireless in the midfield, with three shots on target on big chance created and six duels won.

Midfielder: Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United)

As Fernandes goes, so do the Red Devils. United's captain was superb against Wolves, scoring twice and recording an assist while completing five key passes and winning five duels.

Midfielder: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (Everton)

The Everton player has been playing some of his best football over the past few weeks, and on the weekend he forced an own-goal and scored one of his own in the Toffees' 3-0 win over Nottingham Forest.

Forward: Rayan Cherki (Manchester City)

Much like how Guimaraes' Olimpico guaranteed him a spot in this team of the week, Cherki's audacious Rabona assist to Phil Foden was enough to but the City player in here as well. He's such a fun, unique player to watch in an era when a lot of wide attackers seem to be cut from the same cloth.

Forward: Hugo Ekitike (Liverpool)

A Liverpool summer signing having an outsized impact on a match? It's true! Ekitike scored twice for the Reds, who still barely scraped out a 3-3 draw against an underwhelming Leeds side.

Forward: Xavi Simons (Tottenham)

Spurs fans have been waiting for Simons to change a game in their favour, and on Saturday he scored a goal and added an assist in his team's 2-0 victory over Brentford.
