Luka Modric announced this Thursday that he will leave Real Madrid at the end of the current season, with his final match at the Santiago Bernabéu being this Saturday's match against Real Sociedad. The Croatian scored what was, to date, his last goal for Real Madrid at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu; a stunning volley from outside the box to open the scoring against Girona last February.
