There are two names on promoter Ben Shalom's wish list when it comes to Chris Billam-Smith's next fight.
The former cruiserweight world champion fought just once last year, beating Brandon Glanton in a return to winning ways following a defeat to Gilberto 'Zurdo' Ramirez.
Currently, Billam-Smith does not have a promoter after his contract expired with Ben Shalom's Boxxer at the end of 2025, but Shalom has not ruled out working with Billam-Smith in the future.
Shalom has played a major role in Billam-Smith's rise, he was the promoter for his world title win over Lawrence Okolie in Bournemouth before he secured another stadium fight against Richard Riakporhe.
As a result of his world title success, Billam-Smith has built a dedicated fanbase and is one of British boxing's big ticket sellers.
Speaking to the media, Shalom expressed his desire to work with Billam-Smith again, and named Jack Massey or even IBF cruiserweight champion Jai Opetaia.
"He is still part of our plans but only for the right fights," Shalom said. "We've offered him the Jack Massey fight. We love that fight. Jai Opetaia was another fight we could make - we want those fights.
"For us it's about what fights excite us.
"Jack Massey, we want that fight, Jai Opetaia, I'd do that. But it's got to be fights that the broadcaster is going to be interested in at this stage."
Opetaia is a name Billam-Smith has been pursuing since he held the WBO cruiserweight title, but this will be a difficult contest to make.
On Saturday, it was confirmed that Opetaia will join Dana White's Zuffa Boxing with the promotion's first show scheduled for January 24.
Following the creation of Zuffa Boxing, White has been adamant that his new boxing venture will not work with other promoters and acknowledge boxing's four main sanctioning bodies.
Therefore, if Billam-Smith was to face Opetaia, there is a chance no recognised world title, besides Zuffa's own, will be on the line.
This could deter 'The Gentleman' from meeting the Australian with Billam-Smith likely wanting to enjoy a reign once more as one of the governing body's world champions at cruiserweight.
