The fight is set to be held at Honda Center, in Anaheim, United States.
Opened in 1993 as the home of the National Hockey League's Anaheim Ducks, the 18,609-capacity venue has served the city as a multi-purpose entertainment destination.
Additionally, it has served as a regular stop for concert tours through the region, hosting artists as diverse as Jay-Z, the Jonas Brothers and Iron Maiden among others.
Paul's rise through boxing's landscape from showman novelty to potential contender speaks arguably more to his broad appeal beyond the sport's usual fanbase.
But he has frequently proven he can talk the talk, even if his choice of opponents are yet to represent higher-tier tests in terms of modern-day currency.
His win over Tyson, regardless of format, is something he will be able to carry with him across the rest of his career, no matter how long it lives on beyond this.
Still, with discussions suggesting he could figure in belt contention at cruiserweight, the star reckons he could take Chavez Jr. and his more famous father too.
"Put both the Chavezs in there, I'll whoop Sr and Jr in the same night," he said.
"Going from Disney Channel to YouTube to world champion in six to seven years? That's the most relatable and best sports story that any kid can get behind."
