Oleksandr Usyk was pictured being detained at a Polish airport on Tuesday, but it appears the matter has been fully resolved.

Numerous reports have speculated that the reigning unified heavyweight champion was either on his way to England or Spain before running into an issue with airport officials.

Usyk is expected to be a ringside guest at Saturday’s heavyweight title fight between Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois, live on DAZN , as two of his former opponents go at it for Dubois’ IBF title.

After that, the magical Ukrainian will be beginning preparations for his December 21 rematch with Tyson Fury following his win over the Brit back in May.

Speaking on X after the airport incident, Usyk has made it clear that the situation has now been fully dealt with.

"Dear Friends. A misunderstanding took place. It was quickly resolved,” wrote Usyk on his social media account.

“Thanks to all who got concerned. Thanks to Ukrainian diplomats for the efficient support. And respect to Polish Police for conducting their obligations with no regards to height, weight, reach and regalia.”
