The Ring Awards nominations dominated by the best fights and fighters shown only on DAZN

The Ring Awards for 2025 are set to take place this Friday night in New York City as boxing celebrates what was a memorable year inside and out the ring.

Once again, numerous categories will be decided with some of boxing's biggest names in attendance after being nominated, and you can see it all go down live on DAZN.

Throughout the nominees, so many fights, highlights, and unforgettable moments were shown live and exclusive on DAZN, as the Global Home of Boxing continues to lead the way as the destination for the very best boxing has to offer.

In the Fight of the Year section, Artur Beterbiev vs Dmitry Bivol 2, Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn, and Abdullah Mason vs Sam Noakes were all shown on DAZN and they will all be vying for the top prize when awarding the year’s best action.

The male Fighter of the Year features Bivol, Naoya Inoue, Fabio Wardley, Terence Crawford, and Jesse Rodriguez, and four of those five names featured in high profile fights on DAZN in 2025.

Reito Tsutsumi, Pat Brown, and Ben Whittaker have been all enjoyed excellent years as they prepare to climb the rankings and their progress on DAZN has been recognised in the prospect section.

When reflecting on the best knockouts of 2025, Oleksandr Usyk’s finish of Daniel Dubois was shown exclusively on DAZN as was Wardley’s incredible knockout against Justis Huni at Portman Road.

Rodriguez’s impressive stoppage over Fernando Martinez could only be seen on DAZN and that has also been nominated.

DAZN’s impact on boxing can be felt on every single category being awarded on Friday evening for fighter’s efforts in 2025, and that theme will be continued this year with Saturday night featuring one of the biggest fights that can be made in boxing.

Once the Ring Awards have concluded, attention will switch to Teofimo Lopez vs Shakur Stevenson, live only on DAZN PPV, from Madison Square Garden, as two of boxing’s brightest talents go at it for super-lightweight glory.

The star-studded show in America’s Empire State comes just hours after Britain’s Josh Kelly looks to become IBF super-welterweight champion against the dangerous Bakhram Murtazaliev as DAZN delivers two incredible events on both sides of the Atlantic.

2025 was a monumental year for boxing with DAZN playing a significant part. 2026 has all the ingredients to be even better on the Global Home of Boxing.
