Veteran Hip Hop star makes Floyd Mayweather comparison as he predicts Errol Spence vs. Terence Crawford

The upcoming fight between Errol Spence and Terence Crawford is a crossover battle that has leading figures in genres away from sport excited.  

The July 29 clash which takes place in Las Vegas will finally tell the world who the best welterweight is as the fighters, linked to a contest since 2017, will finally settle their differences. 

Papoose, the New York rapper and huge boxing fan, is relishing what should be an exceptional bout between two of boxing’s leading pound for pound fighters.  

With all four world titles at 147lbs on the line, so much is at stake, and the East Coast hip hop star is giving his backing to the man from Nebraska. 

“If I've got to lean, then I’m going towards ‘Bud,’” said Papoose when discussing a range of boxing topics with FightHype. 

“He downloads information in the first two rounds. It’s the same s—t Mayweather do. While you fighting, he downloading and he uploading that a—whooping later on.”
