Liverpool have won the Premier League title after defeating Tottenham Hotspur 5-1 on Sunday.
Goals by Luis Diaz, Alexis Mac Allister, Cody Gakpo and Mohamed Salah and an own goal by Tottenham's Destiny Udogie powered the Reds to the title-clinching victory, which came with four matches remaining in the 2024-25 season.
"This is the most beautiful club in the world," Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk told Sky Sports. "We deserve this. We are going to enjoy the next couple of weeks and take it in.
"I was desperate to win it for them (the fans) and all the fans around the world, and for us as well."
Liverpool have now won two Premier League crowns, with this also being their 20th title in the English top flight. The latter number draws the club level with rivals Manchester United, who won their 20th title in 2013.
Before Sunday, the Reds' most recent title was in 2020.
"Let's forget it's the second in 35 years [of the Premier League], it's the second in five years," manager Arne Slot said.
