Napoli edge past Lecce to open at gap at the top of Serie A - watch free highlights here

Napoli opened up a three-point lead at the top of Serie A after squeezing past Lecce on Tuesday evening. 

Following the weekend's title-statement win over Inter, it was important for Antonio Conte's men to follow up that victory by securing another three points on the road. 

In a game short on chances, it took a 69th-minute header from the in-form Frank Anguissa to settle the game and see the champions remain the team to catch in Serie A.
