The Argentine 'keeper was a big reason for Villa's first win at St. James' Park in 21 years, with four saves in the 2-0 victory.
Right back: Alex Jimenez (Bournemouth)
Scored the second of Bournemouth's three goals in their 3-2 victory over Liverpool, and was solid throughout the match.
Centre back: Cristian Romero (Tottenham)
Romero saved Spurs' blushes with a 90th-minute equaliser in their 2-2 draw at Burnley. He also made four tackles and won 10 duels on the defensive end.
Centre back: Joachim Andersen (Fulham)
Assisted on the Cottagers' first goal in their come-from-behind 2-1 victory over Brighton and performed his defensive duties to near perfection.
Left back: Ian Maatsen (Aston Villa)

Stach provided the cross for Leeds' lone goal in their 1-1 draw with Everton as well as making four clearances and winning eight duels.
Forward: Estevao (Chelsea)
The young Brazilian kicked off the scoring in Chelsea's 3-1 victory at Crystal Palace and assisted on Joao Pedro's 50th-minute strike.
Forward: Bryan Mbeumo (Manchester United)
Another standout performance for Mbeumo, who led the line and scored a goal in Manchester United's thrilling 3-2 win at Arsenal.
Forward: Emi Buendía (Aston Villa)
The third Villa player in our team of the week, Buendia was integral in their victory by scoring the first goal and generally being a menace to the Newcastle defence.
