The National League returns in midweek with a near-full schedule of action as promotion hopefuls Southend United face mid-table Eastleigh.
Kevin Maher's side came mighty close to pulling off the result of the weekend but conceded an 87th-minute goal to draw with table-topping York City 1-1 at the LNER Community Stadium.
The Shrimpers occupy a play-off position, and although they are only one point above eighth-placed Halifax Town, they have three games in hand on the chasing pack.
As for Eastleigh, they suffered their first league defeat since late November in their humiliating 4-1 home defeat to Aldershot Town on Saturday afternoon. While they appear safe in 14th position, they will want to stretch their seven-point cushion above the relegation zone.
