Network connection issue on device (10-022-003)

If you are seeing this error code, it means that we cannot stream video to your device at this time. This could be the result of a poor network connection.

In this case please go through the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Go to www.fast.com and check that your internet connection speed meets our minimum requirements.
  2. If it is possible connect your device with an ethernet cable to your router or modem.
  3. Reduce the number of devices using your wi-fi network.
  4. Restart your modem/router and device.
  5. If it is possible use a different wi-fi network.
If the troubleshooting steps did not help to solve your problem, please contact your internet service provider for further assistance.
