There's a new NFL sack king.
In the fourth quarter, Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett sacked Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow to give him 23.5 sacks, which is the new NFL single-season record, passing Michael Strahan's (2001) and T.J. Watt's mark of 22.5.
Garett came off the line and went left and past Browns tackle Orlando Brown. He was chasing Burrow and got him in the backfield for the record-breaker.
Garrett had four sacks in the first six games of the season. Then after that, Garrett registered at least a half-sack a game, highlighted by an astounding five sacks against the New England Patriots in Week 8 and four more in Week 11 against the Baltimore Ravens.
During his nine-year career, Garrett has 125.5 sacks.
