Canelo Alvarez anticipates a difficult fight with IBF title holder William Scull , but the unified super middleweight champion still expects victory on DAZN Pay-Per-View.
The WBA, WBC and WBO belt holder, one of the pound-for-pound greats of the century, will bid to become a two-time undisputed king in Saudi Arabia this weekend.
He will do so against the Cuban star, the man who he swerved and inherited his IBF crown when forced to vacate last year, in one of the hardest late-era tests of his career.
Many have wondered if Scull could offer one of the toughest foes available to Canelo, and the Mexican certainly does not believe his bout will be a walkover against him.
"He's a good fighter," he told DAZN. "He's a good fighter. He knows how to use his reach. He's fast, and he knows how to use the ring. But I have already fought everybody.
"It's going to be difficult at the beginning of the fight, and then I need to figure it out. Every fighter brings you a challenge and I'm going to find out that day.
"He's fast, he moves a lot, he's very difficult. I think he's going to be a challenge for me. But no disrespect to him, I don't take anything easy.
"I've fought everybody and I'm ready for everything. I feel confident because of my training and I feel ready for anything."
