The fight is set to be held at The Theater at Madison Square Garden, in New York, United States.
The venue, part of the wider Madison Square Garden complex, can hold up to 5,600, and has been a frequent venue for mid-sized boxing cards on the east coast.
Despite entering the contest with the belt to his name, Denys Berinchyk is in fact the underdog as he faces Keyshawn Davis on the latter's home turf.
