Eddie Hearn has confirmed that Tony Bellew was involved in a ringside altercation with Lorenzo Reynolds, the trainer of Jermaine Franklin.
The former cruiserweight world champion was ringside at the heavyweight contest and when tempers flared at the end of the fight between Anthony Joshua and Franklin, Bellew and Reynolds exchanged words.
Restrained by journalist Steve Bunce and a number of security guards, Bellew was removed from the situation swiftly before anything could take place.

The matter appeared to get underway when Joshua and Franklin continued exchanging attacks after the final bell. Hearn, the former promoter of Bellew, provided an update after the event.
“I asked him I think he just said that [Franklin's] trainer went for AJ or something, and he shouted something, and then he shouted something at Bellew,” said Hearn when speaking to Mail Sport
“He's probably the wrong person to shout something at.”
