DAZN Exclusive - Adam Azim reveals possible date for fight against Dalton Smith
Rising British super lightweight Adam Azim is expecting to land the biggest fight of his career in 2026 when he finally takes on rival Dalton Smith.
Azim is set to fight on the undercard of Chris Eubank Jr.'s rematch with Conor Benn on November 15, exclusively live on DAZN, when he takes on the hard-hitting American Kurt Scoby.
If Azim passes this test, he is expecting to be in action next February before Ramadan and then follow it up with a showdown against Smith.
Smith does have business of his own to attend first on January 10 when he gets his long awaited world title shot against WBC champion Subriel Matias in Brooklyn.

A world title would add an extra element of intensity to this simmering rivalry which so far has seen both men engage in verbal sparring.
Azim is expecting to have a world title of his own wrapped around his waist sooner rather than later and he believes between October and December next year is the perfect time to settle his differences with his British rival.
"If everything is going great on his side and we both have world titles. I wouldn’t be surprised if the fight happens between October and December next year," Azim told DAZN News in an exclusive interview.
"It would be similar to Amir Khan vs. Kell Brook, Carl Froch vs. George Groves, AJ vs. Tyson Fury.
"It could be another Conor Benn-Chris Eubank, I don’t see why the fight can’t happen next year."
Azim was originally set to face Zaur Abdullaev at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on the Eubank Jr.-Benn undercard, but the 31-year-old super lightweight withdrew for unknown reasons.
