When Eddie Hall and Tommy Fury had their staredown on Tuesday ahead of their June 13 clash from the AO Arena in Manchester, England, live on DAZN, the size difference was massive.Ā
There was about a 135-pound weight difference between Hall and Fury. The former was around 345 pounds while the latter was about 210 pounds. Looking at Hall, he's got muscles coming out of places that shouldn't have muscles.Ā
HallĀ believes an emphatic knockout is coming. Fury (11-0, 4 KOs) kind of snickered at the comment. The 26-year-old was of the mindset that he will be the one delivering the goods and is of the belief that it doesn't matter how many muscles you have, it's about skill inside the boxing ring.
"Eddieās got muscles all over his body, but you canāt put muscles on chins," Fury said.Ā "And thatās what Iām about to expose. Weāve got good big men in the ring all the time. But whatās differentĀ is that muscles canāt hit the chin, and Iām looking to find that chin.
āIām going to show Eddie on June 13 that size does not matter."
