Mauricio Lara returns to the ring tonight for what will be his second fight of 2022.
After his fight with WBA 'regular' featherweight champion with Leigh Wood was cancelled due to a bicep injury suffered by Wood, Lara turns to Colombia's Jose Sanmartin in an attempt to remain active.
If Lara can beat Sanmartin with an entertaining performance, there is no reasons why a world title shot for the Mexican could present itself in the near future.
Here's everything you need to know ahead of Lara vs. Sanmartin.
The main card is set to get underway at 8 p.m. ET / 1 a.m. BST with the main event ringwalks scheduled for 10:39 p.m. ET / 3:39 a.m. BST. These timings could change due to the length of the undercard fights.
The card will stream live on DAZN in over 200 countries across the globe. You can sign up for a subscription here .
