Patricio Pitbull is the UFC 314 fighter to watch
Former Bellator two-division champion Patricio Pitbull will make his UFC debut at UFC 314, and he's our choice for the fighter to watch on Saturday night.
Pitbull is widely considered one on the greatest fighters in Bellator history and was always in the top of the conversation about the greatest fighters to never fight in the UFC.
That changes on Saturday when he steps into the Octagon after a decorated career elsewhere.
It wasn't easy to get Pitbull into the UFC, he had a very public battle with his former promotion to be released from his contract.
The talented fighter was a three-time Bellator featherweight champion and a former Bellator lightweight champion and even competed for the Bellator bantamweight championship.
He holds 36 wins, including victories over Michael Chandler, who competes in the co-main event.
Pitbull will face off with the former UFC interim featherweight champion Yair Rodriguez, which will be a tall task for a UFC debut. But Pitbull isn't fazed by big lights or crowds and we expect him to use the motivation and honor of a UFC debut to propel him into the winners circle.
