ES Tunis vs. Chelsea will take place at Lincoln Financial Field, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Despite being home to the current NFL champions, Lincoln Financial Field's first-ever event was a 2003 club friendly between Manchester United and Barcelona.
The ties to the sport continued on from that day, with "The Linc" hosting games in the 2003 FIFA Women's World Cup, the 2009, 2015, 2017 and 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cups (including the 2015 final), three matches in the 2016 Copa America Centenario and countless friendlies for both club and country.
In the Club World Cup, five group stage matches are being played at the Philadelphia stadium, plus a round of 16 match and quarter-final.
The Tunisian champions were the underdogs going into their clash with LAFC, but Youcef Belaili's second-half strike secured a 1-0 victory which has given his side genuine hopes of progressing to the knockout stages.
ES Tunis must now beat Chelsea to reach the Round of 16 as a draw would not be enough given the Blues' superior goal difference.
Previous XI: Ben Saïd, Ben Hamida, Tougaï, Meriah, Ben Ali, Konaté, Guenichi, Ogbelu, Mokwana, Belaïli, Rodrigo Rodrigues
Chelsea need a point to finish second in Group D and ensure qualification for the knockout stages.
That is because they boast a superior points difference to ES Tunis after two games, so Enzo Maresca's side will be confident of reaching the Round of 16.
However, they must make do without the services of suspended sriker Nicolas Jackson after he was sent off during Chelsea's 3-1 defeat against Flamengo last time out.
Previous XI: Sanchez, Gusto, Cucurella, Colwill, Chalobah, Caicedo, James, Fernandez, Delap, Palmer, Neto
This has the look of a fairly tight affair but Bayern are favourites to take the spoils.

Chelsea are in the box seat to qualify for the knockout stages as they know a draw would be enough to finish above ES Tunis on points difference.
But Enzo Maresca's side have more than enough quality to win this match comfortably as they look to atone for their 3-1 defeat against Flamengo last time out.
Expect the Blues to turn on the style in Philadelphia as they bid to flex their muscles en-route to the round of 16.
Prediction: ES Tunis 0-3 Chelsea
