With the final international break of 2025 out of the way, attention turns back to domestic issues and a Serie A table that is as congested as predicted at the start of the season.

Christian Chivu's men come into the game in better form and top the league on goal difference ahead of Roma after three wins in a row.

Piotr Zielinski is reportedly the leading candidate to start in midfield, and Marcus Thuram could make his first start since September alongside Lautaro Martinez in attack. 

Henrikh Mkhitaryan remains sidelined and Denzel Dumfries is a doubt with an ankle issue.
