Porto and Palmeiras play out goalless draw in their FIFA World Club opener

Group A is still seeking its first goal of the FIFA Club World Cup after Porto and Palmeiras fought out a goalless draw in their tournament opener. 

Porto's stand-in goalkeeper Claudio Ramos was the hero for the Portuguese side, who pulled off a string of fine saves to deny Palmeiras, who shaded proceedings in their entertaining encounter.

All four teams in the group are now level after their opening exchanges following Inter Miami and Al Ahly's stalemate on Saturday.
