The fight is set to be held at Mobolaji Johnson Arena, in Lagos, Nigeria.
The arena was formerly known as Onikan Stadium and is the oldest stadium in Nigeria.
It can hold up to 10,000 people and is the home to several football clubs such as Ikorodu City, Sporting Lagos FC and Inter Lagos FC.
Brandon Glanton last fought in April when he suffered a third professional loss to former world champion Chris Billam-Smith. Glanton did give a good account of himself in this encounter, showing that he has the endurance to mix it with the top contenders at 200lbs.
His opponent Marcus Browne on the other hand has not fought since beating Adrian Taylor two years ago.
This inactivity makes Glanton a massive favourite and after showcasing his spiteful style against Billam-Smith on the undercard of Chris Eubank Jr-Conor Benn, Glanton's stamina will prove too much for Browne and do not be surprised if he gets a stoppage in Lagos.
