'I respect it!' - Conor Benn makes Chris Eubank Jr. admission after fraught week
Conor Benn says he respects Chris Eubank Jr. as a fighter following in the footsteps of a famous father, but stresses that is where it ends as their rivalry continues to grow.
The pair will meet in a blockbuster middleweight encounter at The Ring's Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on April 26, live on DAZN.

Following a week of media duties that saw Eubank Jr. slap Benn across the face with an egg, both stars have been kept apart ahead of their titanic tussle next month.
Now Benn has alluded once more to bad blood behind the scenes that has driven their rivalry, while offering an admission that he can relate to the star's boxing path.
"Maybe it is because I said his dad doesn't like him," he told DAZN Face-Off. "There are things that have gone on that nobody knows about, that I'll keep private.

"But I can assure you on my life he's going to pay for it April 26. There have been a lot of things that have gone on. We'll keep it between us, but he'll pay the price.
"The reason why I respect him as a fighter is because he has a dad who is a legend. Following in your father's footsteps is hard. I respect it.
"You're criticised, you're knocked back, you're told you can't achieve this, you're half the man your dad was. All of that talk from [when you are] young.
"I've experienced it. I respect him for keeping it moving and carrying on and establishing his own name in his own way. That's where that ends."
