Oleksandr Usyk has finally declared who he would like to face next after moving on from his lengthy rivalry with Tyson Fury.

In attendance in Saudi Arabia for the huge “Last Crescendo” card , being shown on live on DAZN , Usyk, like all heavyweight champions, has been mobbed wherever he has travelled.

After becoming undisputed champion last year against Fury and retaining his number one position in an immediate rematch, the magical Ukrainian will require a new challenge in 2025.

On the Riyadh bill, two fascinating heavyweight encounters will take place, and Usyk will be keeping an eager eye on both to see how things play out.

Zhilei Zhang and Agit Kabayel will collide with the victor likely to receive another big fight sometime later this year and there is the huge contest between Joseph Parker and Martin Bakole

The latter contest became official just two days ago after the Congolese fighter accepted the challenge after the withdrawal of Daniel Dubois due to illness.

The British man, boxing’s IBF heavyweight champion, is currently recovering with his next move unknown, but he still remains the fighter who Usyk wants to face next.

Usyk defeated Dubois via stoppage in 2023, but with Dubois holding a belt, the chance for Usyk to become undisputed ruler for a second time is seemingly too appealing.

“I want to fight next with Dubois,” said Usyk when taking the time to speak exclusively with Emily Austin of DAZN on the eve of the huge event.

Dubois may still have business to take care of with Parker when his current situation changes, but could he bypass that fight and go straight into a bout with Usyk?
