Naoya Inoue and Junto Nakatani both kept a Tokyo Dome mega-fight on the cards with wins over Alan Picasso and Sebastian Hernandez at The Ring V: Night of the Samurai.
The Japanese pair, both considered among the finest pound-for-pound fighters in the world, took unanimous decision victories in often contrasting circumstances in Riyadh.
While Inoue comprehensively outclassed Picasso with his ruthless jab, speed and defence, Nakatani was pushed hard on his super-bantamweight debut by Hernandez.
Victory for the pair made it three wins from four for their countryman on the bill however, as Reito Tsutsumi succeeded and Taiga Imanaga fell short in Saudi Arabia too.
