Who won the first William Zepeda vs Tevin Farmer fight? How to watch the rematch on DAZN tonight
Tonight will see William Zepeda and Tevin Farmer meet for a second time live on DAZN for the WBC interim lightweight title.
The pair first met in Riyadh last November in what was a very close encounter with Zepeda and Farmer both experiencing peaks and troughs throughout the 10 rounds.
Here DAZN News recaps what happened in the first fight between Zepeda and Farmer, and how fight fans can watch tonight's rematch.
What happened in the first Zepeda vs Farmer fight?
The first fight between southpaws Zepeda and Farmer took place on November 16 last year in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on the undercard of the cruiserweight unification title fight between Gilberto 'Zurdo' Ramirez and Chris Billam-Smith.
With the WBC interim lightweight championship at stake, the winner would put themselves in prime position to challenge world champion Shakur Stevenson who held the full WBC lightweight title.
Zepeda went on the front foot in the opening round throwing a high volume of punches with Farmer looking to disrupt the Mexican's rhythm by frequently bringing him into a clinch.
Round two saw Farmer's prime weapon on show, his left hand. The former super featherweight champion was managing to land this shot with success which resulted in Farmer relying less on the clinch and opting to go toe-to-toe with Zepeda.
The fourth saw momentum swing further towards Farmer whose dangerous left hand knocked down Zepeda, and now Zepeda had to respond.
With Farmer showing a willingness to trade, Zepeda fought fire with fire and the pair were frequently involved in close quarter exchanges in the centre of the ring.
As the contest progressed into the later rounds, Zepeda was still managing to keep up his high work rate with Farmer continuing to throw clubbing left hands in an attempt to slow his opponent down.
The bout went the full 10-round distance with Zepeda being declared the victory by split decision with scores of 95-94 and 95-94, whilst the third judge scored the contest 95-94 to Farmer.

The rematch between Zepeda and Farmer will take place tonight at Poliforum Benito Juarez in Cancun, Mexico.
The fight and the rest of the card will be broadcast live on DAZN.
