Welshman Jay Harris is desperate to become world champion. After a quiet rise through the pro ranks, Harris burst onto the scene back in 2019 when he emphatically stopped Paddy Barnes in four rounds. The following year, Harris tackled Mexico's heavy-handed Julio Cesar Martinez for the WBC flyweight belt but he lost on points. A win over Sandoval can elevate him back into the title picture.
The talented Californian arrives in Britain as one of America's brightest hopes and he looks certain to provide Harris with a stern test. Backed by Golden Boy, Sandoval possesses a ton of potential and some of that will be realised if he's succesful against Harris.
The Harris vs. Sandoval card begins at 7pm BST. Harris and Sandoval are expected to enter the ring at around 10pm BST but that depends on the length of the other main card bouts.
You can watch the Harris vs. Sandoval event live on the official IFLTV YouTube channel. In America, the show is being screened on ESPN+.
Harris vs. Sandoval is taking place at the University of Bolton Stadium in Bolton.
